1. From NOW to 7th Jan 2011, Fri , answer the questions and fill up your details in the from at the end of this post, READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS and submit it. 

2. Contest Deadline: 14th Jan 2011, Friday, 2359hrs (midnight). 3 correct and complete entries will be randomly selected by AMG.

4. Winners will be announced on HMT Group, Blog on 15th Jan 2011, Saturday, 1200hrs. Winners will be notified via email and SMS.

Terms and Conditions:
 
This Contest is subject to the following terms and conditions and by participating in the Contest, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:

The Contest begins at 00:00:01 on 4th Jan 2011 and finishes at 23:59:59 on 7th Jan 2011 ("Form Entry"), and finishes at 23:59:00 on 14th Jan 2011. Contest Deadline and Random Selection of  3 Correct and Complete entries on 12:00:00 15th Jan 2011. Random Selection of 3 Correct and Complete entries shall be winners (as determined by HMT & AMG).

Eligibility:

1. The Contest is open to all who have purchased original and official ASIAN WORSHIPPERS TOUR 2011 tickets.

2. Participants must be of 18 years of age or older. Eligibility is not transferable. You will not be eligible for the contest if your reputation is not in Good Standing. Employees of Alliance Music Group, Heavy Metal Tribune, and all their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible.

3. All entries must be complete.

4. Incomplete entries or entries with the wrong answers will be DISQUALIFIED.

5. To be eligible for the contest and its prizes, participants and winners must show proof that they have purchased an original and official ASIAN WORSHIPPERS TOUR 2011 tickets.

6. Only 1 entry per original and official ASIAN WORSHIPPERS TOUR 2011 ticket, if you have more than 1 ASIAN WORSHIPPERS TOUR 2011 tickets, you may enter the contest the second time albeit under the same name. (see #3.)

How will the winners be chosen:

1. Contest Deadline: 14th Jan 2011, Friday, 2359hrs . Random Selection of 3 Correct and Complete entries wins.
2. Winners will be announced on HMT Group, Blog on 15th Jan 2011, Saturday, 1200hrs.
3. Winners will also be notified separately by SMS and email on 15th Jan 2011, Saturday, 1200hrs.
4. Only winners will be notified and will be required to acknowledge by return email latest by 11:00:00, 16th Jan 2011 .
5. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, there will be 3 winners.
6. The winner shall receive one (1) A2 ASIAN WORSHIPPERS TOUR 2011 Poster, (2) Backstage & Priority Pass.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. AMG & HMT reserve the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
8. Winner must produce proof of identity and unique ticket upon the prize collection.
9. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Contest, AMG & HMT at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions.
10. Where applicable, prizes not collected by 19th Jan 2011 shall be disposed of at Alliance Music group & Heavy Metal Tribune's sole discretion. Alliance Music group & Heavy Metal Tribune's decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Alliance Music group & Heavy Metal Tribune's decision on the same. The receipt by any winner of any prize under this Contest is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
11. Alliance Music Group and Heavy Metal Tribune reserve the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit and any decision by Alliance Music Group and Heavy Metal Tribune in the Contest shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Additional Requirements

Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner's part to allow the use of the winner's name, image, voice and/or likeness by AMG & HMT for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of AMG & HMT by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

Use of Personal Information

1. By entering the contest, You agree to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, for AMG & HMT's promotional and marketing purposes; and to the use of the information submitted for the contest, without compensation, for AMG & HMT's promotional and marketing purposes; and to the use of your entry photo(s) and comment(s) to the contest for AMG & HMT promotional and marketing purposes.

2. Each individual participating to this competition acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by her/him to AMG & HMT or obtained by AMG & HMT from her/him pursuant to this application, she/he is authorised to disclose such Personal Information; such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this competition, and the use of such Personal Information by AMG & HMT as contemplated by this application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to AMG & HMT's external agencies or third parties)

AMG & HMT shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the participant resulting directly or indirectly from this Contest, provided that nothing in these terms shall limit AMG & HMT's liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

AMG & HMT is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest and/or promotion related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected prizes; or for transactions and/or emails that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this Contest, or process any transaction thereon. If in AMG & HMT's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, AMG & HMT reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to modify or suspend the Contest, or to terminate the Contest. No Combination or Transfer of Promotional Offer. This contest/ cannot be resold, transferred, or combined with any other offers. No cash alternatives will be substituted for the stated prizes and no alternative prizes will be offered.

Governing Law. These Official Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all aspects in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all participants hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
